Established in 1954 in down town Amman.
Production started with small letterpress printing machines and a few skilled workers, printing general commercial forms for banks, offices and private companies. Three years later larger sized letterpress printing machines were imported for textbook printing.

In 1968 Economic Press Co. moved to a larger premises on King Hussein Street and grew with the world's printing technology and local economy.
In 1980 the process of transforming from letterpress printing and mechanical typesetting to offset printing and computer typeset-ting started. Small and large format, single and multicolour offset printing machines were imported; computer typesetting, laser imaging, colour separation and full pre-press services were installed. The process of transformation was complete in 1989. In 2009 EPC expanded yet again to it’s current location in Mugablain. With 3000 square meters of space and over 50 skilled workers. In 2019 we added the automatic die cutting and the high-speed folding and gluing machine ideal for the packaging solution.
